We’like the proximity to the falls, and to the casino!

The only not so bad thing was spot placement. There were several open spots in the area where we were, but they put us right next to another family. We got along fine with them but it was weird to be bunched up with so many open spots.

Wonderfully maintained unit! We loved it for our family of 7. I love the simplicity of the cabin and yet all amenities made our stay very comfortable. We could've used a big salad bowl of some sort.

This campground is amazing! We wish we could have gotten in earlier and stayed longer. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the showers were great. The non-slip pads in the showers are a little pocky on your feet-need to wear flip flops. There were large mud room style sinks in both bathrooms for doing dishes. The kids really enjoyed the playground and jump pads. Easy access to Niagara Falls.

Very large property with lots of nice features. However, to get satellite reception, we had to stay in one of the basic sites. Laundry facilities were large and clean.

As usual, KOA is the best. This KOA is very well manicured. Beautiful office. Extremely friendly staff.

Staff was so very welcoming and pleasant!! Cabin was clean and beds very comfortable. Grounds well kept and doggie KampK9 areas were well mowed and clean. We will definitely be returning visitors!

Your staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful and answered all of my questions . Wish there was a bench near the jump pad for the parents to sit so they can watch their kids jump . My grand daughter ask why there was no swings there. but over all enjoyed our stay

A very well maintained park. Lots of space between campers. Pet friendly with off leash areas for them to run off some energy. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Perfect!! Location was stellar. We stayed in the deluxe camp site. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was great!

Traveled with my 4 grandkids, ages ranging from 10 months to 4 years old. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we all had a wonderful time! Can't wait to come and stay again!!!

My only disappointment was that I had requested an end site and was not accommodated. Even though there were plenty to be had. Instead, they attempted to get me to upgrade to a more expensive site.

Very warm welcome in the office. Staff arranged a bus tour for us. Staff very friendly and not only showed us to our site but also assisted in parking. An extra pair of eyes is always welcome upon arrival after a long drive.

Well kept large KOA. Space was level. Campground quiet. Bath house reasonably close, clean and plenty of hot water. Laundry facilities very clean and plenty of washers.

Early season, thanks for being open! The playground that was near us was locked when they closed at 5 pm for slower season. Dusk was not described as promised. Pulled some Dad moves and got away with bike laps around camp. Would go back!

great park they have made the stay enjoyable. lots of items for kids and adults. nice park, we have traveled from Idaho and stayed mostly with a KOA camp as we knew that the standards will be meet for our comfort level. John Evans

Nice site. Great looking rec area with pool, cornhole and other activities. Will come back to check out these areas when fully open for season.

Campground was very nice and campsite was shaded, had a very nice patio, chairs, and workstation with water/electric. Bathrooms were clean and pleasant. Would have liked to have a bathroom (even just a small toilet) closer to the campsite, it was a bit of a hike.

Great stay during our trip to visit Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Susan helped us book a Grayline Tour to visit both the United States and Canadian sides of the Falls which was fabulous. A great convenient location to visit the Falls. Thanks for a superb stay and a job well done!

Had a really good time with the family the place is extremely clean. People are nice. It's very quiet all around very positive experience. The only concern that I had is that we found lots of mice poop in the room which can be toxic and deadly.

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!
