Campground was nice with lots of amenities. Camp hosts were great and accommodated a site switch to allow us to be closer to family. Much appreciated.

Love this place! We stayed in the cabins this time and they were perfect for us! They were fun and very clean! Staff is always very friendly!!

Very hot weather so we switched to a space with an awning over the table but it did little to block the sun. Site was very large but the gravel caused a lot of dust. Would like to have a concrete patio. Staff was helpful with several requests.

Very nice and clean campground. We appreciated our shadded site, pool and jaccuzzis (filled with hotsprings water). The campground was very quiet, well located and easy to access too.

Had a great time! The place is clean, the staff is friendly. I like that they drive around the park quite often, and I felt very secure there. I love all the little seating areas under the shade to sit in. Nice pool and jacuzzis. A couple of cons were, no patio slab or maybe pavers on my preferred site. I have trouble walking and the rocks were hard to walk in. Limited shade also. Thank you.

The eco-tent was the perfect place to lay my head after a long day exploring the Joshua Tree National Park. It was a safe and friendly atmosphere at the KOA and I was able to take advantage of the wonderful spas. Very quiet, relaxing, and family friendly place to camp within close proximity to the park.

We love to stay here. We have our favorite site and look forward to our “long term stay” each year. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautifully kept.

Everything was perfect! The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the cabin and grounds were excellent overall. We will return if we are in the area again!

I would have given a 10 and a 5 but when I drained my tanks at my site the sewer overflowed. Fortunately I only have liquids in my black tank. Otherwise this was a very good place to stay. Showers and laundry were good. The WiFi was a little unstable at times, but worked for the most part. My dog and I loved the enormous dog park - very nice. I also appreciated the bins for recycling.

Great place to relax and recharge. Starting with the young girl that checked us in, she did everything to accommodate our needs. We’re really thankful. The space was clean and level. As a matter of fact, the whole place was well kept. Pool area and hot tubs very clean and nice. This was our second visit in as many weeks. We’re going back as soon as possible. Our family has stayed a several KOA's throughout California. The Joshua Tree spot if very clean. We watched every time a camper would leave someone came and raked the space. The mineral springs hot tubs are a bonus. They add the extra relaxation I needed. We will definately be returning.

The KOA is very clean and well maintained. The staff at the office are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I was extremely upset! I was made to buy 2 spots a tent and a truck with a truck camper. 1 spot had ample room for both. I was told 1 dwelling per spot . This was NOT STRICTLY INFORCED! Spots had 3 tents!, 2 sleeping vans plus tents . i asked about it in the office I was told “those people are here for stagecoach, they break the rules” I feel I should get a refund for 1 spot!!!

Check-in was fast and easy and staff was friendly and helpful. The pull thru site we had was very long and easy to get into and out of. The showers and bathrooms were very clean. The area is convenient and the campground isn’t too far from grocery stores or Palm Springs. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an enjoyable stay in the glamping tents. It would be nice to have a more detailed description on the website as we did know that pool towels and BBQ utensils were included (would have helped with our planning/packing). One staff member in the office was unfriendly and unhelpful, but all others were great. Very nice pool and mini golf course. We had a great time!

The weather wasn’t always “fun” but had a great time anyway. Theres nothing like doing laps in a hotsprings pool and the staff were really nice and welcoming. It’s also a great place to bring pets.

Great site, shaded in the afternoon. Facility is clean but could use more laundry space. Also, if a machine is not working it would help if it an Out of Order sign. I put my coins in before I realized it didn’t work. Overall a nice place

The pool and hot tubs are awesome. The sites are large and the facility is well maintained with great amenities. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodative. The entrance is a little tight and you could put up signs before it.

Can’t beat the service, the office staff was as accommodating as you can be. Campground was terrific, clean, level and staffed well. Pool area, works for us. Of course it’s used a lot, we’re in the desert!

We initially had booked two nights here but extended it for another night. This KOA is our favourite we've stayed in. The pool is an amazing temperature, and the 3 covered hottubs all different temperatures is unbeatable. We would come back here just to relax and hang by the pool all day. Workers were great.

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!
