It'd be better to plant some trees to block the view of the oil tanks nextdoor; some flowers/grass would help a lot too. It was hard to find the campground despite having been before, so some signage at the highway offramp would help a lot--most of the other KOAs have that as well as a large branded sign clearly visible from the freeway.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. They would have gotten a higher rating if they wouldn’t charge an outrageous price for propane at over $4.00 per gallon. Owners need to stick some money into the place, needs a facelift and better material on ground. For what they charge I expected it to be nicer.

No issues. Had everything we needed. Facility needs to be freshened up. It's a bit dated. No recycling bins? Washrooms very narrow and tight and not big enough for the size of the facility.

The lots were level and large. We were in a 37’motor home with a canyon tow. The view was wonderful and staff was very helpfyl

Easy on off highway. Only stayed overnight, staff friendly, bathroom clean. Site was a bit down slope auto level had front wheels off ground.

We stayed one night in a 40 foot motorhome and were towing. The sites were nice and long and the park was clean. The staff was super friendly and made amazing pizza. It was nice to have good food available at the park without having to go search for dinner after driving all day. I would definitely stay here again.

I agree with others that the petroleum tanks and flare are not the perfect scenery. This park is nothing more than a gravel parking lot with over 50 full time rigs. Spotty to no internet the second day of stay. Other than that, good KOA amenities.

We arrived right at closing time so office staff seemed a little rushed to get us processed but the site was well kept and ready. Baths were also clean and convenient.

• Site was fairly level. • They say Cable TV, but it does not come in, and no air channels. • Every second pull through site is a buddy site. • Showers are great, fairly clean, decent pressure and lots of hot water. • WIFI is unstable, even my Rogers Hot Spot was inconsistent, first CG that had happened in.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The resort is kept clean. There is easy access from I 80. The pull through sites are all shared posts and are quite tight. When full your door faces the neighbors door. It is so close that your picnic is right next to your neighbors meaning zero privacy. Just feel the price is way out of line for what the customer gets.

Very nice KOA. The sites are very easy in and easy out. All the hook ups are in one spot. That is a huge plus with us RV’ers. I have forgotten the name of the person that checked me in but he was very informative and nice. He even took me to my site with his golf cart.

Fresh, recycled concrete roadbase made it difficult to get into our site. The Kamp K9 was a great size but no grass and the sand/small rock was difficult to remove from dog's feet after all the rain. The staff, Jidy and Cindy, were so friendly!

Not to impressed with them. First they put us in a site that had some water issues. They had dug up part of the site and is was just mud. So much so that I could leave my trailer. The did move us to another site. There excuse was it had rained for 30 hours, none of the other sites locked like this one. I will not stay here again. Sorry

Clean friendly nice helpful people but sadly we will not be renewing our membership with KOA. The prices are too high. We can find private parks for almost half the price.

What’s there to tell? The main thing: it was far from being a KOA especially at $80.00 a night. However , the staff (Jody) was excellent. Donna and Larry Root.

I think $75.00 per night is very excessive for a KOA. I going to start looking for other RV parks to stay at.

After a very tough day driving across Wyoming in very high winds, we made it to the KOA and were very ready to stop and reset for the next day. I reserved our space online and when I arrived I was greeted by a very surly rude person (the older of the 2 attendants) telling me that I am towing. I said Yes, I reserved a pull through and she rudely set us up and gave me our space. She was Very Rude!

All level gravel sites. Some have picnic tables others do not as they are too narrow. (1-14 ) . That was ok with us as we were just there for one night. and it was winter cold!!! The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent location. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Even the long term residents had polite & courteous children. Very clean & spacious. We especially like the enclosed patio which we highly recommend. RV sites are spacious with access easy. Despite it being remote, we felt very safe. The best part is restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot & fast food joints are within distances without going to the freeway. Dog Park was clean. Yes, we will be returning. Con: The weather was windy with sudden rain. No tourist attractions nearby. Maybe a couple more dog bags dispensers would help.

Have stayed in the cabins and the rv park. Both are excellent and Rock Springs has everything you need. The Ace Hardware is a fantastic store.
