I loved all the kid friendly activities. The only thing was there were issues with not having a picnic table for each site or which table belongs to each site. Perhaps labeling the tables so it clearly identifies which table belongs to which kamping kabin.

Everyone at this Santa Cruz KOA is outstanding! Friendly smiles came at check-in and greetings came from everyone working on the property. The campground is fun and the other guests staying are cool too. The property is well kept, jacuzzi was great, and the glamping cabins are wonderful - super comfortable beds, well appointed, and the firepits at each one are great to enjoy. Love this place!

Spent time with extended family for our annual traditional stay at KOA, Monterey. We were bummed that the jumpy balloon was not available. That is the star attraction for our kids. But, we ended up enjoying the rest of our stay.

Love this place! They were performing a lot of construction the week we stayed, which made it a little less relaxing than normal, but the staff is always friendly, welcoming and the campground is so clean.

Its our third time there and the kids have so much fun. The unique events like the foam party and bike friendly site made it a hit for everyone! We made some new friends and met some old ones that we didn't even know were going to be there!

We had a wonderful time. My only disappointment was not being able to enjoy the hot tub because some parents had their children floating in floating devices and children jumping in the hot tub like a swimming pool. But the rest was great

Hello. The stay had some pitfalls with the neighbors right next to us with a pit bull and quite a group of them while no other cabins were full around us, we could have been not so close. The door jam kept causing the door to be stuck. Also wondering about billing and does deposit funds get returned? I'm unaware if it happened

Cabin # 82 had several issues within the cabin. toilet leaking onto the floor, blinds encased within the glass door were broke so they were constantly closed one of our pleasures is to see the outdoors view this was very disappointing. The cabin slept 6 but did not have enough forks or plates for 6 there were only 3 forks and we had 4 people. No extra garbage can bags we had to request. More etc.

The camping cabin was perfect. Highly recommend site 14. The resort was clean, bathrooms were tidy, and staff was friendly. We will be coming back 100%.

Our cabin 212 smelled like mold, and the cabinet under the sink looked like some water leaks in the past and caused the mold grow from the wood. I think this is a health hazard issue and the cabin should not be rented until it's fixed. Most the the bowls in our cabin were dirty and needed to be rewashed.

Worst stay ever. Jump pillow broken, bikes were all rented out, my 11 year old bored out of her mind. Cabin 140 the left side is the actual bathroom trail but the right side is apparently the short cut for the boys bathroom so we had people tromping by all night on both sides walking right thru by the picnic table during dinner. Bummer trip used to be a member and live in Aptos

Usually my family and I stay in our RV. However, since this was a short trip for my birthday (Friday night to Sunday morning), we booked a deluxe cabin. Upon arrival, the cabin floor was not swept and their was hair on the bunk beds. The two lights in the master bedroom are mounted so low close to the bed in which I hit my head twice on these when getting up at night. The blinds are missing piece.

The communication was amazing. The amenities were super clean and everything was in working order. Enough linens we never had to swap or request more, trash was picked up daily, the KOA staff were incredibly friendly and clearly loved their jobs. The location was prime! We will definitely be back - appreciated all the planned activities available!!

We had a great family vacation using cabins and RV spots! It was great fun for the kids with many activities during the day! We will definitely be back!

We had a blast! But the queen bed in our cabin was super squeaky and loud which affected our sleep. It seems the bed frame should be replaced. I would also recommend having a good sound system in pool area with some good resort type music.

Cabin and the facility were fine.I didn't like the late check in at 4pm and can't even use the facility until actual check in. In addition to that, they had a problem with water & we couldn't check in until we went to follow up around "7pm". We were told we will get a text message when our room is ready but never heard. Our room is without water! I was not happy about that. Plus website lack info

Came for two nights. First time in a lodge. We loved the one they picked for us for spending time outaide. The lodge itself was needed a lot of fixing. The sofa was stained and the material was cracked. The blinds in the bedroom were broke. The fan and lights in bedroom didn’t work. The floor was very dirty with rocks and sand. We would definitely come back and use the Rv spots only.

The grounds and accommodations are super clean and activities are super fun. The best part of this campground is the staff, hands down. Our son had a medical emergency our second night. We called the front for help since we didn’t know where to go. The staff called first responders, led them to us, and stayed to help in any way they could. The staff really came through for our family!

Been coming here for years, even since I was a kid. I love taking my kids here because they really enjoy it and of course the proximity to the ocean. Unfortunately there always seems to be something broken or not in service. This time the huge bouncy pad at the park was completely flat and out of service. Also, the bed inside our cabin was extremely loud each time I got in or out of it.

Horrible!Our worst trip yet!The whole week we were there, the electricity was broken & didn’t work at all in the cabins.The roof was leaking water when it rained.We were literally getting rained on in the cabin so we told the front desk & then we had to take the time to move from 1 cabin to another.The beds r the worst, better sleeping on ground, hurt our backs.Complete rip-off.Neighbor got hote

This place is amazing. If you have a flock of dogs or a flock of children this is the place for you. I will be returning to this place over and over again thank you so much for an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful family "camping weekend" with the grandkids and two daughters. The only disappointment was the vandalism that terrible kids kept doing to the facilities (during spring break). These 7th graders punctured the bouncing pillow, and later did something to the pool that caused it to close in Saturday for clean up. Wasn't resorts fault. Otherwise,quiet, clean and great location/site

We enjoyed the stay. There were several incidents over the weekend that were disappointing, Our kids couldn't use the jumping pillow because it ripped on Friday evening, the pool opened 4 hours later than scheduled Saturday because of vandalism and we waited an hour past the time the outdoor movie was supposed to start and staff was never able to get it up and running.

The pool, the bouncy pillow, the pancake breakfast, the sound on the movie: ALL out of service!! Plus both of our neighbors didn’t observe the 10pm quiet hours. Both loud until midnight. Why doesn’t someone go around to check?

Stayed in a luxury cabin with a rat infestation. Despite promises, no new grill provided after rat sighting in the BBQ. No actions taken to address issue (no bait or traps placed where the rats actually were). 1/2 refund offered but wouldn't recommend staying. If we hadn't driven thousands of miles to be there w/ family over Spring Break (& the limited nearby options sold out) we would have left.

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice KOA and definitely a KOA type experience. We checked in quickly and our spot was adequate for our van. The showers in the morning were good but could have been a bit cleaner. That is why the four star rating...
