Unkept spot all weeds i was in spot C5 the spot next to me on the left had 20 people partying until mid nite the camphost allows several cars parked in one spot and several people to be there The dog park full of weeds and dog poop not picked up i will not come back i will spend extra money to stay at other parks

Just overnight but a wonderful stay, very clean and updated! Only down side is WiFi is slooow. Just a thought most KOA have cable for areas where satellite is not possible. Lovely experience

Arriving 45 minutes past check-in time and being told it will be another 25 minutes until cabin is ready is unacceptable. We only had to wait 10 mins more, but it took 15 minutes to track down someone from the phone numbers on the door. Water in shower never got warm. Windows don't lock shut. Bed is very creaky. Our stay wasn't bad but the fee is way too high for the cabin' condition.

The Spokane KOA is probably the worst looking appearance for a campground I have ever stayed at. my camping spot had zero grass but was filled with weeds that were 10 to 14 inches tall as well as every other spot in the park, absolutely a horrible experience and would never stay there again. I really feel the owners of this property. Should credit me back at least 50% of my stay.

Convenience to our tournament was nice. Friday night workers were friendly. Things that should be better: the van/trailer sites have no fire ring. What's camping without a fire? 1 bathroom was closed. The other had 3 stalls: 1locked, 1 without TP, so whole campground shared 1 stall. We asked for an extra 2 hours at checkout & were told it'd cost another full day... its a patch of grass on sunday.

This KOA was different than the others. The grass (weeds mostly) were very tall and unkept, the hours were 10-4 and 10-2, right next to a train crossing so at 11pm and early morning you would be awoken by the train horn at the crossing. Our spot that had caution tape around it due to a hole in the ground and non working sewer. We did get a discount for that though.

Garbages overflowing, limited bathrooms which were unkept/unstocked, surprised that the franchisor would allow such poor performance from a franchisee. Worst campground we’ve ever stayed at.

Loud. The tent sites are not well kept. Did I say the place is loud?! Motor bikes, trains, helicopters. It was ridiculous. Won’t stay here again.

Guy who took our reservation was very helpful. But grounds were in need of mowing/raking & sites so close to one another. Bathrooms in need of update - we basically just needed a place to sleep for night so weren’t there much. It was close to soccer fields. �

Staff was friendly and site is long and specious but campers next to us talking and laughing until midnight. Seems like they don’t mind other camper around. We couldn’t sleep. Other than that it was good.

When we arrived there was no water. Found out from the maintenance workers there was a broken pipe; they quickly got it fixed and we were back in business. Great job!

The grounds and facilities were clean and nicely maintained. The proximity to the railroad tracks was a bit of shock to us. If you are used to trains, I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem but it would have been nice to know if advance for site selection.

Sadly this campground was in pretty poor shape. The grass was worn out, the bathroom and laundry rooms were dirty. With some TLC it could be in great shape but we did not see any staff doing anything to improve the place. �

The hosts were awesome! All was well maintained. Location was perfect for our needs. Your WiFi was less than adequate.

Welcoming staff, clean facilities and well maintained grounds. Close to train tracks but thankfully not too many trained passed at night.

Front office communication grade: F. Answering service in Utah helped with reservation. Arrival day I received a text - check in was at 2pm. Reply or call if earlier check in was needed. It was needed. No replies. The office was locked at 1pm arrival. Called the number posted. The guy interrupted and asked if he could call me right back. 5 minutes later informed me check in is at 3. Not helpful.

It was pleasant. This was a very first time we have camped in our new RV, so I have nothing to compare to. BUT, I enjoyed it. For the most part quiet. Once in a while a train would go by, but not during late night hours. Site was clean. Instructions were clean for us newbies.

Unresponsive and non accommodating. I showed up with nothing prepared for my stay and you guys did not take care of me, attempt to make it up, and also charged me extra when I had to choose my own spot. Ridiculous you would not reach out during my stay to check in or talk about what happened. Unprofessional and definitely not how a business should be ran. Avoid the guest then charge them!

Not the best. No one at the office when we arrived at 5:30 PM. I reached out to the contact number, but had no return communication. Took it upon ourselves to find a place to park for the night as I had prepaid. Wasn’t able to utilize any of the restroom or shower facilities and no Internet password. Management/Alex dropped the ball on Friday night for us.

I’d give it 0 if I could!!! No code to use the bathroom. They didn’t respond or text me so I never stayed or anything! I should been reimbursed 58$ for what??

No complaint except the doors in women’s bathroom open the wrong way, and I hit my face when the door sprang back. I pulled the door outwards and it hit me. Very sore

We enjoyed our stay in that the campground was clean and safe feeling however we were disappointed that we never saw a KOA host. The store was closed the entire duration of our stay due to staffing issues - according to the sign on the door. I hope this is just an early season issue! I enjoy the store and visiting with the staff on our stays!

We arrived after hrs of office open . There was no sewer hookup and when we phone to get information there was no call back even the next day . We just moved to another site with hookup . At the price we should have had better service . We used Koa all thru our trip from Casa grande and this was the only one that we had trouble with .

this site needs a great deal of up keep to get it to a more likable state. I understand the new manager was only there for three days but he needs a crew of help to get the place up to the standard that your prices require before it would be worth staying again. The bathrooms are almost unusable with most toilets marked out of order and the showers over flow. When we checked in no one was around.

Drug dealings and traffic from the meth motor home that was raided and gins pulled out. Also loud noise all night and flooding in our trailer ground sewage from our neighbor! Very disappointed and left 1 week early even though the refuse to give my money back for early vacate due to their so called back ground checks that let a sex offender live there at the KOA?? Just disgusted

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
