The electric power kept shooting down. When we arrived to our site E1, another camper told us that that site had electric problems. We asked the caretaker and he said no, no problems. However we had to go out several times to check it because it cut off. Many areas were closed as they were making improvements. Sites are very close together. We were only there one night but would look elsewhere.

Emergency phone number listed on door went to voice-mail. NEVER called back. In Cabin, looked for electric outlet for medical equipment. Only flat switch plates. Found groundskeeper that offered extention cord to outside box. Then bathroom code did not work. 4 people tried. Other bathroom closed for remodel. Used Mens. Here's idea:POST APPRPRIATE EMERGENCY NUMBER! Pool close. Expensive KOA. Worst!

The lady who checked me in was very nice. This KOA needs some sprucing up. Check out the KOA in Custer, SD, It is amazing! So if you want to know how to improve this KOA take a look at that one Thank you!

Site was small and cramped. 4 out of 6 washing machines did not work and 1 of 3 dryers also did not work. The office was only open from 10AM to 2PM so it was not possible to get change for laundry. As an overnight visitor, we did not see any staff.

Friendly staff at check in .. alot of construction going on ... good for future campers .. a little inconvenient for current campers. Trains passing quite often .. but .. not bothering us too much. Sites a little tight. Restrooms/showers were ok. Would return if we are in the area.

Trains close to park, bummer, & darks barking very early, not your fault bad owners! The park was close to a lot of restaurants & such & was in a pretty area. We would definitely return to the park for a longer visit.

For Memorial Day Weekend 2024: - Staff was very nice but obviously undermanned and out gunned for the weekend. - Facilities clean upon arrival but overused by Sunday afternoon. (Keep in mind half of the facilities are being remodeled at the time.)

The guy at the check in counter was rude and offensive. He said, "We don't have to serve you." The office was under construction and was a noisy mess. The restrooms were poorly maintained. One stall would not lock. The grounds were rough and unattractive.

Staff was great. Unfortunately, there are loud trains that pass right by the park throughout the day and night. Also, when we stayed almost all of the amenities were under construction. No store. No game room. No pool. We booked a five day weekend there specifically for those Amenities with multiple other families with kids. Unfortunately, no discount was offered.

Not happy with sites, sparse grass and although closing time 6 o clock the office was closed and locked by 4:30 and there was no one to answer questions with regard to water leaking when we hooked up. Laundry should have a sign on the door so you can know it’s there. Gail and Mike

The location is less than ideal, with not much scenery around and loud trains that border the campground. The pool was closed on the first weekend it was supposed to be open. The volleyball net was actually just 1 piece of string for a "net." The grass at the campsite was mostly weeds. There was remodeling going on so most things were closed, we should have gotten at least a discount.

We Love this RV Park, staying here whenever we're in the area. Staff is always friendly and always give us our preferred site. Amenities building is always clean, even when park is busy. Priced right. Happy "Spokane KOA" Campers :)

Lots of potential in this little park, but the pitch raining down from the trees was not a good surprise in the morning, tho I'm sure those trees are lovely in Fall!! Also, the sites are just too small with water, septic and fire pits actually inches away from our neighbors area and when they had a fire in SUCH close quarters we were actually concerned it could scorch our slide out. Not a good fit

My site information was not left for me. I parked and stayed in some random spot because nobody returned calls or texts. Only to be woken up repeatedly freight trains. Website should mention the train at the very least. Two thumbs down

It was dusty and the sites were very tight. It was unfortunate that the pool closed so early so we weren't able to use it. The bathrooms were very dirty. I don't know if it was the right fit for us, but may be for others.

No hot water in Deluxe Cabin #1. Good hot water in Deluxe Cabin #4. Swimming pool was not open and that was a disappointment.

Busy but nonetheless quiet. We didn't realise the dog park was at the front by the exit. If I was told about it I didn't realise. Please update your park map to reflect this.

The staff was excellent. The tent structure was dangerous (Exposed metal that was sharp. Someone put duct tape at one time to make it a little safer but duct tape was coming off. ) and the site was being renovated, therefore, the pool was out of commission. The dish washing station had no running water.

Not our best experience. Our site was weeds & mud. Several of our neighbors made us feel uncomfortable. The train noise is insane! Not allowing dogs to potty at your site is extremely inconvenient!! The shower house gave us the creeps.

Front Desk people were helpful and courtious. Grounds were clean and well kept. Enjoyed seeing a variety of campers, from tents, all sizes and types of RVs, to people staying in nice cabins. Great location in Spokane Valley - we'll be back.

I understand that you are renovating the restrooms/showers and that is a good thing. However, I believe that you should provide portable toilets in the interim so guests are not required to walk to the other end of the campground to use the restroom. Additionaly, there was the issue with the inability to secure the cabin windows closed, resulting in a cross draft, which we spoke about in person.

Fire pits were not cleaned out, bathrooms were dirty with no soap in men’s, dumpster full so nowhere to put trash and sites near office are too small to enjoy. We were deeply disappointed. Not up to KOA Journey standards - even at $50 a night.

We have stayed here many times in both an RV and the deluxe cabins. This time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin, the general run-down feel and the terrible mattress on the bed. The BBQ was in no shape for anyone to use. The location of the campground is excellent as it is close by to the Centennial Trail where we come to bike. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a little rough but should be a lot nicer once all of the renovations are completed. A year or so out, Tucker and I will be back for sure. Oh and the staff is and are great to work with.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The office has shortened hours like some other campgrounds we’ve stayed in (short staffed). The spaces are really small and we were put back with the permanents. A lot of them smoke and the small spaces make it really hard if you’re allergic to cigarette smoke. The restrooms are in bad need of updates but you can tell the staff are doing the best they

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They are currently undergoing well needed renovations. The restrooms at the main building are closed and the ones at the pavilion are older and need renovation as well. I’m sure it will be great when the renovations are finished. They had a great dog area! The main down side was trains ran through the area all night.

Early in the summer season, camp was quiet and in a great location to visit family in the area. Staff was great to work with and even though it was under construction it appears they are making good changes. Looking forward to staying there again. We attended a wedding of my Grandson so it worked perfect for us. Thanks!

We love this campground. Perfect for tent camping, which is what we did. Nice site. Clean restrooms. They also have RV sites.

This place has made a great turn around. There's a different management in and is more community friendly, through highs and lows. The newly hired crews are friendly and ever so respectful and helpful through their hard work of campground cleaning and maintenance is picking up.

Nice park, about 20 minutes from town. Be aware the campground is right next to active railroad tracks and 3 - 4 trains pass through daily, on a regular basis. Also, the pool is closed for repairs/replacement, and the gift shop is under renovation, so it is closed at this time.
