The location is great, very close to beaches. Amenities are nice, but the the sites along the water are too close together (we were in site DW12). The construction is annoying (no pool, and temp fence all along the edge of water). I'd wait until all the construction is done before I'd go back (maybe 2025?).

Location to ocean was great our site was dirty signs of sewage dump gone bad with toilet paper debris all in the grass recent table repair made it unusable due to heavy sap all on center board expensive for the quality of our site

We were unhappy that the pool was closed during our stay, but we were call informing us about the repair work ahead of time. Facilities are excellent and the staff friendly. My site on Long Bayou was beautiful, but because of a tree, I could not open my awning. Partly my fault since when I was guided to park I didn’t notice. I could have parked further from the tree and opened my awning part way

Crowded, dusty, noisy. Pool was closed. Access to water was not what I expected. Too expensive for what you get.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The washroom and showers were constantly clean. We were very impressed with how clean the showers were any time we needed them. Even more clean than Fort Wilderness at Disney!! The staff were always accommodating and friendly when we needed something. I will definitely be back to this location!

The campground has great showers and restrooms. The laundry area is perfect. It has one of the nicer stores I have seen but needs more food basics (milk, bread, eggs etc). However, the camping area needs works. Camp employees who blow the fallen leaves make alot of dust and debris which dirties up all of our camping equipments. They should vacuum up rather than blow. Streets need cleaning!!

You would have received a higher rating if your interior roads and campsites were better paved. Broken pavement and potholes should be repaired.

WiFi comes and go. You have to work on this theme. I couldnt do my business. Facilities and Laundry very proper. Thank you for that. But: If Pool is out of order and the Hot tube can't be used too, you should offer a discount. Staff seemed to be very stressed.

Absolutely wonderful! Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower houses we clean and kept up. One of the nicest campgrounds we've been to. Will happily visit again!

Enjoyed cabin by water and staff very friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately the pool was down but not there fault as it needed redoing. Only minor thing is seats in kyaks are back breaking. Fifth time visiting and will be back.

Except for the pool and grounds maintenance, the campgrounds were very nice and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice week

It was great. Quiet, full of very useful amenities/facilities: laundry, showers, bathrooms, dog run, dock, pool, store & much, much more. All facilities were extremely clean, campground was well planned out & very well kept grounds. Thank you for allowing pets at no additional cost. We loved our stay. Recommendations for outside services & food trucks was also extremely helpful and reliable. Ty!

We stayed 4 nights in April. Rates were high compared to similar campgrounds in FL. Sad pool was closed but there could have been financial compensation. Love the extremely nice and helpful staff. Grounds and facilities very clean.

You would think that if the pool needed repairs that you would do it in the winter months not in April. Grounds are very much in need of road repair. also. We were given the combo to the back spa only for the door combo not to work. Had to get help to get in and out. The staff did all they could do to help. If it wasn't for the bike trail it would have been a total loss of money.

Roxanne, front desk, was absolutely amazing!!! Always had a smile on her face and very knowledgeable/professional. Bob, maintenance, was also very helpful and friendly! My only disappointment was that since the pool was under maintenance and mangroves were blocked maybe a small percentage discount for our stay. We will be back however!!

The Pool was not opened. We were not told ! And We were charged very high rates. We have been with KOA for over 20 Years. Was very disappointed!! Tried to be nice when leaving. They did cancel Our two days. Thank You for that ! We did use KOA again !

Loved our stay we are locals and live a few miles away. We’ll be back for sure. I forgot to get my military discount applied but other than that it was phenomenal.

Pool wasn’t in service; although we were warned; should have offered a discount for that reason Wifi was very poor; mostly not working Only there one night Not as nice as other KOAs

Only reason not 5 stars is the water pressure was low. And the Internet signal was weak. Otherwise everything was great and this is a top notch campground.

Nice place and great location to explore Clearwater and St Pete. Spaces are pretty tight for 40 foot plus coaches. The yellow and black tarps at the back of each site was not appealing. Very friendly staff and very clean facilities.

We had a site backing up to the bayou. Site was OK but impacted buy low level fencing that was butt ugly and mangroves need trimming for a descent view. The general condition of the park was not good, roads were tight and there are many run down units. Not an attractive park for a KOA Holiday, more like a Journey.

- there was no hot water in the public showers - the internet didn't work well - unfortunately the pool was not open and it was not communicated in advance (website), which is always good to know with children :-). - otherwise the park was very nice and well maintained - I would book it again...

All staff very friendly and helpful, especially Tony. Very clean bathroom but trouble getting hot water in shower. WIFI not very good. Verizon had about same speed as WiFi Saint Petersburg very busy location but KOA very nice

Lovely waterfront setting. Lots of cabins onsite. Shady lots are available for RV parking.

My family and I went for a different kind of weekend getaway, and had a good time! Attempted cabin camping w a 2yr old and a 7yr old, better than expected. Room was accommodating and cabin was cute! Wood floors definitely needed a good cleaning. 1 min barefoot or in socks and your feet were black! Putt putt was fun, playground was enough to entertain my 2 yr old. Grounds kept clean. Friendly staff and cute gift shop!
