Never a problem with our reservations. Site and entire campground always immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Restrooms spotless. Pet friendly with free roam area. Lots of walking areas. We always get the patio area and love the room between the sites. Very close to restaurants and the beach front. Really love this campground.

364 should not be a usable site. The amount of speeding traffic and KOA golf cart employees coming so close to our RV was stressful. We put the large patio chair near the front corner of our rig to keep people from getting so close and possibly knocking off our side mirror.

We stayed in the cabin that sleeps 4. Everything was fresh and clean. Easy check in and out. Everyone is there to help in any way possible! Great area for kids with all the amenities! Corn hole for the adults and the heated pool was open as well. Thanks for a great stay!!

Noisy all day long. Not the military was the issue. Noisy generators, climate, heating. Trucks running the entire night back and thru the camp.. Early livers without respect of sleeping neighbors. The most loudest campground ever. Okay the restrooms and the pool were perfect.

Nice, well taken care of campground in a nice neighbourhood but most definitely not worth the ridiculous amount of money they're charging per night. The sites are super small and close to your neighbour. I feel bad for families wanting to take vacations but might not be able to due to the high prices. It's sad these companies are taking advantage of campers.

First time glamper. I was surprised the campsites were so close to each other. Otherwise beautiful grounds well kept, pleasant staff. Lots of fun activities for us all.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sports Center. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was great plenty of room and we were able to get in the heated pool which was nice this time of year. And we even rented some bikes to ride around the park. Definitely if I have to return to VA Beach will definitely stay again.

The cabin was very cute and clean. Every staff member we encountered was so polite and helpful. The mattress in the small cabin wasn’t very comfortable and we couldn’t log into the WiFi, but those were minor things. We would stay again!!

Wonderful cabin! It was not only cozy but also SPOTLESS!! My only letdown was the community gas firepit wasn’t operating. Pickleball court was installed while I was there so that was awesome! Now if you could just do something with that fickle VB weather. Chilly and windy all week! Great stay! Highly recommended!!

We stayed off season, so the weather was a little cool. But our stay was great. The campground was quiet. The employees were all very nice and the bathrooms were kept clean throughout our week long stay.

Our truck blew its transmission and we were stranded in VB for an unexpected 10 days while the dealership worked on repairing it. The VB KOA staff made our unexpected stay pleasurable. They were so accommodating, renewing our reservation on a day to day basis. The park is beautifully maintained and the pool area is stupendous! Kudos to all the staff at VB KOA. Keep up the good work!

Sites are very close together. 6 am truck next site leaves waking us up. Then dog starts barking. Front desk help was very helpful upon checking in.

You need a policy to allow campers to apply a credit for unused nights if they need to leave early for some reason. With a National brand like KOA, that should bear possible. That definitely soured my opinion of VBKOA when we had to leave early and received no credit.

We stayed an extra day with our Fantasy tour. Extremely clean facilities. Bathrooms and showers were the best we have seen. Sites were spacious, level, and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Nice park, nice bike trail to the beach/boardwalk! We were there before the amenities were operating (trolley, music, etc). Staff was great - nice office/store. Utilities were fine, but wi-Fi was slow and very basic. Our patio asphalt site was spacious and well kept.

We always enjoy our stays here. For the time ever we had a problem with our neighbors in the cabins around us. They were playing LOUD music, talking VERY loudly & shining flash lights everywhere! I did not report it because it was after hours and we left early Sunday morning and no one was at the office. I didn’t feel like it was an emergency to call the night host.What's the policy on loud musi

The location is fantastic. Staff is friendly, the sites are clean. Close to beach... AMAZING. Sites are easy to navigate with a large rig The great location close to all amenities comes with one downfall. So many police sirens. But to be expected, with the great location. Loved our stay

Great location. Beautiful clean campground, incredible new pool area with all the other activities that you would expect from a KOA. We stayed in cabin that was clean and comfortable. We were in cabin 723 and there was a previous review stating there was an ant problem in that cabin at the beginning of the April which I mentioned at the check in when we were assigned that cabin was told that the last people that checked out did not mention any problem. Now I'm a camper so ants are by far an issue with me but we did leave out something in the bathroom over night that we should have put away and there was more then a comfortable amount of ants in the sink and counter when one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Again, not a deal breaker for us but others might be. We just made sure that we put away or wrapped up anything food related the rest of our stay and only saw a few here and there after that (we even extended our stay another night, 6 in all) the only thing I would really complain about was the close proximity to the other cabins in the "cul-de-sac"  area that we were in, some had more "private" patios but there were 3 cabins and their patios that were literally like 20' apart from each other, they should have reversed the entrances and patios so they didn't abut each other. (See pictures those are not my cabin they are the ones to the right and left) which again wasn't really a problem mid week because the campground was pretty empty but on Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed all the cabins were occupied. This is the only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars. Other than that pretty much five stars across-the-board! I can't see any reason that you would not have a fantastic time here and I would definitely be back when we're in the area and I will even stay in the same cabin again.

Very nice, clean campground! The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. There are so many super amenities. Its is located so close to so many restaurants, stores and hiking trails. Hope to stay there again.
