Staff was great. They found us a spot at the last minute. Everyone we encountered was very thoughtful and pleasant. Woke to 8" of snow on the ground. It was plowed early and thoroughly. Even with snow on Easter the park was fully staffed. The kids had activities and the grill was open on time. Thanks for all you do. I hope to be back.

Very clean and very hospitable atmosphere from everyone of the campsite crew. Also very accommodating as well. Very pleased with our stay.. The freeway noise was a little distracting at night trying to enjoy the camp fires but that did not at all dismay our stay. We will be returning most definitely, and have already recommended to family and friends. Thank you!

Everything here was amazing. The staff was overly kind, communicated with the guests in a convenient and timely manner, and the campground was very tidy. Although on the hwy, this KOA still gives you that cozy camping feel. The only grievance is that the indoor pool area and pool itself could be kept cleaner, but otherwise, we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

It was a really nice park. The showers and indoor pool is really great. The store has some really cool stuff in it. Considering there were so many spots available, I was surprised that our spot was on a small slope surrounded by snow, when there were so many available flatter spots available. It was, however, very conveniently located close to bathrooms and the store.

Had a great stay. The folks at Circle Pines are very friendly and personable. The campsites are nestled in amongst the pine trees, and lots of amenities for the kids. Wi-Fi provided by Circle Pines was probably the BEST we’ve ever used at a campground. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

This was our first trip to Circle pines and it was truly an amazing trip!! Every member of the staff on site was outstanding and friendly. We were welcomed in every sense of the word. Our three girls had an amazing time at the facility including the pool and other play activities offered at this site. We will be back for sure !!

This was our first KOA stay, and my family and I had a great time. We enjoyed the cabin and its somewhat secluded location in the back of the camp, and found it clean and comfortable. The service was very polite and helpful. We were surprised about how close the camp was to a freeway, thus breaking any illusion of being in the forest given the constant noise of traffic. Overall wonderful time

We stayed 6 nights everyone was friendly and helpful. We got there late after the office closed but there was clear instructions on what to do and very helpful staff to show us where to go. The park was very clean and well maintained. We will return.

Our stay is always wonderful! From the front desk staff, the site escorts, to the Cafe, everyone is wonderful! This was our third visit and it won't be our last! We recommend this KOA to all our friends!

The staff were inviting. They ensured that we got to our spot and that every aspect of the campsite were known before leaving. Everyone here was attentive to our needs. The area is nice with trees, indoor pool and an on-site Cafe which serves good food. Thank you to the staff, Tracy and Ella for fast, friendly service. Food quality was great. Look forward to returning to this spot.

Loved the campsite. We were here during cold weather and some snow. Indoor poor/hot tub was a hit. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice day trips into Grand Canyon and Sedona. Will be booking another trip in the fall.

I wish the camp kitchen was open it said it was closed for winter and Didnt realize that the water Spicket at the tent sites were not on either.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! We were 3 hours into our stay when our trailer had fire & gas leak it in. KOA accommodated us with a cabin and made sure we had everything we needed!! So much stuff to do for the kids, staff was amazing and super clean camp site. I can’t wait to go back and actually spend my vacation there!!!

Everything was great. The only issue was the hot tubs were very dirty from overuse the whole time we were there. They need to be cleaned and drained daily with that many people using it.

Staff Very nice. Didn't really use facilities. Big rig 43ft... First spot they put us was short, tree in bad spot, uneven so couldn't get level. Not many people there... So we asked to move.... Told them to upgrade us if necessary we were fine to pay extra. She never said if that's what she did... But sent us to a spot further down that was longer and easier to get level. Was a little bit of breath holding getting out... So it is not really, in my opinion, easy in easy out for big rigs. But we managed it. Thanks for giving us a bigger spot though.. appreciate how quickly you found another. However you might check out the specs I fill out before coming in. You may have sent us to the second spot in the first place. These were drive throughs btw. But you all were great. Also both places there that we were in were very muddy which wasn't helping in all the trying to get level. But it can be part of camping. They had a water leak and had to turn off the water. Before they did they warned everyone via text and then kept us informed of progress. Appreciate that too!! So many times campgrounds have just suddenly turned the water off without saying a word. Anyway, a nice enough place. The staff is what makes it!
