The staff was great, the cabin sucked! The bed was hard! There are only 2 outlets and neither was near the bedside table. The TV had horrible reception and the door has a 2 inch gap at the bottom. This room was definitely not worth over 120 a night!!

Awesome!!! They were kind pleasant and so efficient helping us when are camper broke and needed to change reservation. Jenny especially was as terrific Cafe food was delicious. Very accommodating!!!

Too short, would stay again in a heart beat. Very clean, helpful staff. We don't young children but excellent amenities for them.

The resort staff are the best. Very welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean. I think as with most people the road and train noise is the only negative however you don’t hear it as much when you are in your coach. Also it would be nice to be able to use a credit card for laundry.

Great place, nice helpful people. Convenient to attractions. Clean, nice campground. Good store, small enclosed outdoor cafe. Has everything and alot for kids. Go carts, playground, mini golf, jumping pillow, game room. National forest is right there for hiking. Campsites, cabins, teepees, covered wagons. Was still pretty cold out, and rv site wasn't level, but will likely be back with grandkids.

Great place to camp. Lots to do, especially when warmer weather comes. Keep an eye on the pH level in the spa. Way too much foam. We'll be back soon.

I had late arrival and the nicest camp host greeted me, got my registration paperwork and drove his cart ahead to take me to my soot. Seamless check-in after a long drive. Cute, well stocked shop, clean grounds, 2 thumbs up on Circle Pines KOA, my second time there.

Staff were great and very helpful. Laundry area was clean and nice. Sites for 50 amp 36' Class A are VERY un-level requiring us to put 4" blocks under front tires to get somewhat level. All Class A's in that row either had to drive up onto blocks or have their front tires in the air. Sewer line had to run UP-HILL. The stop was not worth all the work to set up. Disappointing for a KOA.

Excellent stay! Abby was professional ands helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. The restrooms were high quality and clean, the park well maintained. During our stay, they had problems with the water and power and were quick to keep us informed, via text, about the progress.

Very friendly staff. Check in was great. May is off season. Restaurant and most amenities closed. I see kids loving it in summer. Call ahead if important to you. Our tiny and tight site was near freeway. Distant train horns added noise at night. Uncomfortable to sit at table 3ft from neighbor. Esp, when park was empty. First time at private park/KOA since childhood. I prefer public campgrounds.

Even though we changed our reservation, the KOA was friendly and helpful. The amenities were aplenty and even included go cart and mini golf courses! The stay was great, kabins are adorable and would definitely go back to that one or another KOA. :)

Although this was not our first time to stay at a KOA, this was our first time at the Williams, Arizona location. My husband, dog, and I came in on a Friday afternoon and stayed until Sunday. We had a great time! Our cabin and the bathrooms were very clean. Upon check-in, the staff was very friendly and escorted us to our cabin. The food at the Cate was delicious and the staff was super friendly.

Easy access from Hwy. Friendly staff. Outdoor eating at their cafe was a great relief when not in the mood for cooking. Loved that they have clean outdoor fire pits. Overall cleanliness of this place was excellent. Appreciated that they have plenty of washers and dryers. Great base camp for area sightseeing. Veteran friendly!

The cabin was warm & cozy. The people working there from the office to the cafe were very lovely and friendly. We will definitely return in the summer months to get out of the heat.

One of the nicer koa’s we have stayed at. Everything was wonderful. Wish the pool was warmer so it would be more usable.

Staff Very nice. Didn't really use facilities. Big rig 43ft... First spot they put us was short, tree in bad spot, uneven so couldn't get level. Not many people there... So we asked to move.... Told them to upgrade us if necessary we were fine to pay extra. She never said if that's what she did... But sent us to a spot further down that was longer and easier to get level. Was a little bit of breath holding getting out... So it is not really, in my opinion, easy in easy out for big rigs. But we managed it. Thanks for giving us a bigger spot though.. appreciate how quickly you found another. However you might check out the specs I fill out before coming in. You may have sent us to the second spot in the first place. These were drive throughs btw. But you all were great. Also both places there that we were in were very muddy which wasn't helping in all the trying to get level. But it can be part of camping. They had a water leak and had to turn off the water. Before they did they warned everyone via text and then kept us informed of progress. Appreciate that too!! So many times campgrounds have just suddenly turned the water off without saying a word. Anyway, a nice enough place. The staff is what makes it!
