we usually stay at the Bakersfield KOA because it's a beautiful park in the middle of town, however the restaurant at the park has been forced to change their menu to the KOA standard American menu. This is a travesty to the restaurant who usually gets supported by the local community as well as the KOA park customers. This restaurant had a fabulous chef that made marvelous local fare dishes

This location has great potential! The restaurant is the high point along with the ladies working so courteously at the desk. However, the property is in an obvious decline with very little daily maintenance being done. I was present on property for an extended time on business and family visit. The property is not receiving daily maintenance which could make this a premier RV location!

We have always liked staying at the Bakersfield KOA and even before when it was just Bakersfield RV Park. We live in SoCal and always plan to stop there and "recharge" before going "Over the Hill" The only thing we truly miss, that came about after "COVID" was the Crest's" room service deliveries to your RV and the fact that they do not serve breakfast anymore.

On site restaurant was nice. Young receptionist was argumentative. Site had previous occupants fecal matter in sewer port.

Showers were small and dark, the picnic tables were soo dirty and the pool was filthy, we tried to clean it for our kids but the net had a hole in it. We were told not to put a mat on the grass yet there was an ant nest directly in front of our trailer so we would not set anything up. Maybe instead of the staff driving around barking at people they could empty the dumpsters and clean the pool.

Only complaint I have is this koa has no digital or any cable service at all. Only streaming. Without a smart tv it’s air antenna only.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is a welcome sight for a real meal when on the road.(try the fried pickles) The facilities are clean, the checkin is quick and easy and the spaces are wide and quick to get settled into.

Although I only stayed one might and didn't use all that was available, I found that making the reservation and checking in was quick and easy. Also, when I checked in, my veterans discount had already been included in the final price and I only needed to show proof. Park was well kept and I would stay there again.

It was a good stay. The park hosts were great! The common areas are clean and in good condition. For what you pay the sites and all grass areas including dog areas need to be cleaned up from weed overgrowth and stickers that affect kids and pets particularly. Pets constantly get stickers in their paws! Make sure that you have footwear or you will be dealing with the same issue! Great Staff!

We have been to this KOA at least 4 times, it's always clean. (we are self contained so we wouldn't know as to the bathroom and shower areas) but from all other areas I can assume it it very clean as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful too. We really like the sites here as they are nice size too. Thank you Bakersfield KOA!

RV park was very nice! However the bath house had no toilet paper in the mornings or at night. In the women’s side several showers were flooded with water.

We only stayed overnight on our travels home, but this is definitely a location we’ll put on our list for a longer stay. The property was very nice and seemed well maintained with a lot of amenities.

The only detractor was not enough shade at the campsite The site was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good. The pool was nice and clean. The laundry room was very clean. We would stay here again.

Our campsite right against the dumpster and several open spots they could have placed us in it also had boards in ground sticking up and I tripped on it 2 times finally had to put a chair over it to keep from falling over it. Close to a railroad track

Really enjoyed staying at this location. Very clean, friendly helpful staff, pool enjoyable, Cafe & Bar was a pleasant plus. They take pride in this RV park. Location is central to many shopping locations. Will definitely stay again and more often. Definitely highly recommend staying.

Bakersfield KOA is our go-to stop when traveling through SOCAL. Sites are kept level and clean. We enjoy the on-site restaurant/bar that few other RV sites have. Location is also convenient to many local shopping needs and restaurants too. Camping World and many auto/truck dealerships are nearby if service is needed.

A US roadtrip in a rental RV for me and my brother. This was our 6th RV park stay and i can honestly say it was the best of them all. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The facilities were well situated and clean. Would definately recommend this KOA in Bakersfield.

We always stay here when we are traveling from Henderson Adda to Lodi California. It's a great halfway point. The staff in the office is always friendly and helpful. The park is always clean and tidy. It has always been quiet when we have stayed there. We love the Crest restaurant.

This rv resort is a dream. The place is so well kept. The sites are a nice distance apart. The restaurant is excellent and and service is s supreme! . Our server Nadia was wonderful. Will be staying here again, highly recommend!!
