Everyone was so friendly and we had a pet emergency come up where we needed to stay an extra day. The ladies in the office were so nice and allowed us to stay another night. Will definitely be back!

This was our second time there. We will be back this fall. They get it right here. From the Staff to nice lots and a wonderful pool. Everything is perfect! We just love it here. Located in a great spot also. Must say one more time the Staff is friendly and very helpful. See you again soon.

Easy check in. Very clean campgrounds and restrooms. Right next to Patriot Park we're uou can visit the shops and restaurants in the Old Mill area or catch the trolley to Gatlinburg and around Pigeon Forge!!

Everything is always wonderful! Great staff. The only thing was the taller grass. A recent mow would have been good but I know with all the bad weather things may be running behind. Thank you!

The cabin was dusty and smelled pretty bad if they clean them they need to do a better job! Underneath the beds were filthy. We had a dead cockroach on the bed thankfully I brought Lysol and wipes and wiped the beds down. The extra amenities were nice to have for my kids.

Customer service was great, bathrooms were super clean. Cabin was very clean and nice.

The only problem I had was the power pedestal and water spigot were sitting in a hole that filled with water when it rained. The spigot was not a major issue but I had to tie my surge protector up over the pedestal to avoid it being submerged.

Location was good. Campsite areas were well kept. Our site was a bit small and awkward though... having to position the trailer so that the slide out would fit between a tree and the power box. Shower was filthy and poorly lit.

very friendly staff. quiet campground. easy access to the Pigeon Forge trolly which connects to the Gatlinburg trolly, avoided parking and driving hassles.

I really enjoy staying at this KOA, it’s convenient to everything we want to do. The people are nice, everything is well taken care of and clean.

Over all it was a great experience . Our first time staying at a KOA . In the past we have stayed in cabins in the mountains but with all the extra fees they are adding on makes it too expensive. Our only complaint is the sidewalk to the cabin . The slope is a bit much for us older folks ( mainly my wife ) . Next time we stay we will know to request one closer to parking.

Very nice campground , very quiet and friendly staff. walking distance to shopping , restaurants and the trolley to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Nice pool and store on property . Great place to bring young children.

Had a great stay again even with the rain. I am a tent camper, please don’t get rid of the three tent spots I understand they don’t bring in the same money as cabins or RVs but it’s such a nice treat to be able to stay there.

our stay with yall was WONDERFUL!! there was room for Marty,s crate & our small commode. Thanks for having dog area. Everyone was so helpful when I had misplaced my Debit card Haveing the bus pickup for Dollywood was great !we hope to return soon

We could not get the screen porch cabin we wanted and reserved. Management made it up to us and made us happy. Thank you, we have stayed here 8 times in deluxe pet friendly cabins. Every time has been great! It's a Great KOA ;great management!

Very nice well designed and maintained campground. What is exceptional about this KOA is THE STAFF! They made us and our 3 small dogs feel very welcome. They were patient and helpful in getting us into a site that met our needs. All of the yellow shirts we encountered were very courteous and helpful.

Negatives: angry, foul-mouthed, homeless couple and their friends living in a tent (135) next to our RV lot (136). Bathroom / showers quite dated and small. No privacy with lots so close together. Campsite flooded with heavy rain. Positives: pool, location near transit and Dollywood, helpful desk employees

When I called to make last minute reservation, I was notified of rustic cabin ammenities such as no bathroom & no shower. Bath house was available. I was not informed of no sheets nor pillows for the beds. I have never & will never stay in a cabin again. Also, the lazy river is advertised as "heated". Clearly, it is not! The hot tub jets were not even working.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The worker that took us to our site needed my map so he "would not get lost." I was disappointed that my pull thru site barely fit my Class C and our tow car. We were touching the roadway on both ends. Next time I will tell them my rig is longer, so we won't have that issue again! Location is convenient to the trolley station and a few eateries.

Had to wait to get checked in because the cabin wasn’t ready. The cabin leaked water in the floor while it stormed. Almost got attacked by a possum outside our cabin.

Cable reception could be better. Even with new TV only received a few channels. For everything else everything was top notch.

We loved our site, we already reserved it for next year. Hope by next year the patriot field will be finished because I love to walk on the field. The only negative thing we saw was on our site the grass was very high and needed to be cut. I understand it had probably been raining the week before , but other sites looked like they had been cut. Other than that everything was great.

Always enjoy staying there in a cabin or in our camper. Look forward to staying in the new cabins some time. They were pouring the concrete patios while we were there.

All the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. They had extreamly clean facilities. The only thing I would fix is the dog pens. There were a bunch of zip ties around the fence and I was concerned about my dogs chewing on them. Overall 5 out of 5. We will be back!

We were in a back in 30 amp website. It was so small we couldn't tell where is boundaries of our camping site began or ended. A camper checked into the next to ours and knocked on our camper at 8:30 or so for us to change where we plugged our camper into because he and the KOA assistant had a difficult time telling which plug belonged to us or the other camper. This is the worst KOA we stayed in

We love staying at the Pigeon Forge KOA. The tiny houses are always so nice and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pool area is clean and well kept. My dog loves the dog park.

We had the best time camping at Pigeon Forge KOA. There is so much to do there and we didn't get half what we wanted to do. We will make this trip again next year! The campground had a little bit of everything you need. My dogs were happy in their dog park. They ran off energy. I used my own shower but only negative I can say is because it'sa huge park they had one building for co Ed showers and hubby ran out of hot water. Not stopping us from coming again! We had a blast!
