Our bed in cabin 302 was horribly uncomfortable. Towels and sheets were old and threadbare. Thankfully we brought our own. Glider was broken, however, maintenance was quick to replace it. Besides this, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and courteous!!

Another awesome stay. Great staff. Two more stays scheduled this year... Suggestion.. speed bumps coming in to slow traffic. Saw several close cals with vehicle speeding coming into the campground with kids crossing and riding bikes coming down from the pool.

We had an excellent stay! The campground is beautiful, the Kabin was very clean with all the amenities. The staff was also very friendly. Clean bathrooms, a great park, and an even better pool. 10 out of 10!

Love the campground. It was very clean and friendly staff. The pool is great and we spent a lot of time there. The only complaint (and the reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars) I have is when it rained our site flooded. There was a complete river that went through our site and washed debris and mud onto our stuff (site136).

Overall had a great trip. Clean bathrooms and showers. A little noisy on the riverside from construction and businesses on other side of river.

It rained a few times, so the train ride was canceled. The pool was extra great with a lazy river. 24 hr laundry came in handy. Overall, great place, especially if you have children.

The nicest and cleanest KOA we have stayed at!! It was lovely and our vacations was restful and peaceful! Come and stay! You won’t regret it! We will be back and I can’t wait!

Overall very happy with the stay. Loved the staff, clean pool/area, lazy river, amazing fun train ride, location etc. There were a few items that needed attention. Our dog kennel was in disrepair, gate was broken and would not keep animal in. The playground and rock sluice had many maintenance needs. The zipline swing basically doesn't work. Overall a wonderful place and will be back.

We were very much enjoying our stay and I loved the campground, cabin, and pool area...until we found our cabin was infested with bedbugs. I woke up in the night and found them on our covers and coming out of the cracks of the cabin

We had a lot of trouble out of our cable. The grass was very high but we still love the KOA. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. We have already booked next year. Thx so much.

We think your Koa is the cleanest, convenient, especially when the new gate is put in and used to go to Old Mill. We would not go to another camp ground in Pigeon forge. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Our lot 165 was not level. One side really slanted down. It took many try’s to level our trailer with many levelers . The showers were very dirty and no safety bars to hold on to. Not ADA compliant at all and need to be considered for many seniors.

Nice place but the grounds needed a lot of attention. The grass was not cut and the dog area needed some work. Staff were most friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a friendly group! Bathhouses were clean and taken care of. Would definitely go back!!

Overall a nice stay. Would have loved the dog area to be more accommodating to smaller dogs. Ours could walk right through the gate. Site was nice but would have preferred something not backed up to Patriot Park as the busses run all day. Laundry room was nice, and playground was nice. Full hook up was nice, and location is good for visiting all local exhibits. Quiet at night.

Grass too long needed cutting. Patio big crack . Do want to give shout out to worker who helped us back in very unusual positioned lot don't know name but had glasses and curly hair extremely helpful nice young man . Office staff friendly and helpful.

Location, layout, and amenities of the campground are great unfortunately the RV pads we stayed on were not great and the park maintenance is sub-par, (grass was very long). I could understand this if they charged $50 a night not $100.

Discovered this place 2 years ago. Nice cabins, clean, staff very nice and helpful. They are making cosmetic improvements outside that look really nice.
