Our bed in cabin 302 was horribly uncomfortable. Towels and sheets were old and threadbare. Thankfully we brought our own. Glider was broken, however, maintenance was quick to replace it. Besides this, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and courteous!!

We had an excellent stay! The campground is beautiful, the Kabin was very clean with all the amenities. The staff was also very friendly. Clean bathrooms, a great park, and an even better pool. 10 out of 10!

We were very much enjoying our stay and I loved the campground, cabin, and pool area...until we found our cabin was infested with bedbugs. I woke up in the night and found them on our covers and coming out of the cracks of the cabin

We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. The location of this KOA is, in one word, Great. Convenience to the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is right here. We stayed in a cabin not too far from the pool and office area and thought it would be crowded and noisy but during our stay it was quiet and unassuming. A larger TV and a new couch(vinyl cracked severely) is needed. Recommend

Friendly Service, early check in to experience the atmosphere, lazy river and the hot tub was why we came as well as the cabins up by the shower house. Please keep them instead of the raised platform tents. They are affordable and they give a real camping experience.

This is a great KOA! Our camping cabin was clean and well equipped. Loved the paved patio and parking pad next to the cabin which made it easy to load/unload after rain. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly. Garbage was picked up promptly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very well maintained property. Great management team present to deal with any questions and/or issues.Thanks for the great stay :)

Very nice campground, great access to all of the attractions in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. There was also a lot of area to walk including river access with a nice concrete path to explore the river. Would definitely recommend!

Cabin was smaller than pictured. Was not told that there was multiple layouts. The WiFi did not work at cabin 306. Also should probably tell people about the walk you have to make with luggage to get to some of these cabins. Maybe if we had kids we would come back but I don’t see us staying there in the future

We enjoyed our stay in a 1 bedroom cabin. It was clean, comfortable and had a nice setting on the backside of the campground. There are lots of activities for the kids, and we are looking forward to returning with our grandchildren. The only negative was the crowded hot tub in the evening due to several very young children & a baby (with the parent} in the hot tub.

I stayed in 313 cabin. The half bath toilet was not working. The window over the main door was cracked. Even though problems existed. I will continue to stay with this KOA. It’s a perfect location and the people who manage it are great. Thank you

For one you advertise internet and when I did get one I would get kicked off, that’s not internet, even went to the office and they couldn’t figure it out either, the grounds needed to be mowed desperately, had to walk my dogs to the patriot park to do their business, our deck had all kinds of big limbs etc. had to sweep out deck off before using it

The cabin was dusty and smelled pretty bad if they clean them they need to do a better job! Underneath the beds were filthy. We had a dead cockroach on the bed thankfully I brought Lysol and wipes and wiped the beds down. The extra amenities were nice to have for my kids.

Over all it was a great experience . Our first time staying at a KOA . In the past we have stayed in cabins in the mountains but with all the extra fees they are adding on makes it too expensive. Our only complaint is the sidewalk to the cabin . The slope is a bit much for us older folks ( mainly my wife ) . Next time we stay we will know to request one closer to parking.

We could not get the screen porch cabin we wanted and reserved. Management made it up to us and made us happy. Thank you, we have stayed here 8 times in deluxe pet friendly cabins. Every time has been great! It's a Great KOA ;great management!

When I called to make last minute reservation, I was notified of rustic cabin ammenities such as no bathroom & no shower. Bath house was available. I was not informed of no sheets nor pillows for the beds. I have never & will never stay in a cabin again. Also, the lazy river is advertised as "heated". Clearly, it is not! The hot tub jets were not even working.

Had to wait to get checked in because the cabin wasn’t ready. The cabin leaked water in the floor while it stormed. Almost got attacked by a possum outside our cabin.

We love staying at the Pigeon Forge KOA. The tiny houses are always so nice and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pool area is clean and well kept. My dog loves the dog park.

We enjoyed our stay in one of your cabins. The cabin was clean and well maintained. It would have been helpful if we had known they were on a steep hillside since my husband and I both have difficulty getting around. We had to see about changing cabins since we were at the bottom of the hillside. It all worked out okay.

Busy campground but quiet for the amount of campers, we stayed in a cabin, maintenance was quick when a toilet was plugged, jacuzzi was refreshing, good for the kids. They had a neat setup for the kids pulled like 10 cars around camp. Staff very friendly and helpful. We recommend walking through the walkway to the Pigeon Forge busses a few minute walk. Would definitely stay there again

My wife and i stayed in a deluxe cabin for four nights 4/22-26/24. problems NO LIGHTS ON SIDE WALK very dangerous could not see to walk at night down to cabin. Grass throughout park very high ( 10-18") makes park look run down ,could also draw snakes,rats and out animals closer to cabins. sidewalks slippery when wet due to flowers on walkway. A/C unit not sealing outside air properly,smoke in cabi

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and enjoyed our 5 days in Pigeon Forge. I recommend anyone who wants to try the camping experience, these cabins are great. Don’t just book online, call the site and ask where your cabin is located. Do you want sun or shade, this could make or break your vacation.
